1. Introduction

Welcome to GoFind ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoFind website, marketplace, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Marketplace Terms

3.1 For Buyers

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases
• Digital products are licensed, not sold, and are subject to the creator's license terms
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and individual creator policies
• You may not redistribute, resell, or otherwise transfer purchased products without permission

3.2 For Creators

• You retain ownership of your intellectual property
• You grant GoFind a license to display, distribute, and sell your products
• You are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of your products
• You agree to our revenue sharing model as outlined in the Creator Agreement

4. Payments & Fees

All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise specified. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions.

GoFind charges a service fee on each transaction. The current fee structure is available in your account dashboard and may be updated with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoFind and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant GoFind a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• To engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GoFind, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
